Online services and accessing email and the Internet

The Internet offers the largest range of content and information for PC users through news groups, email, and World Wide Web access. However, to get online you need an Internet Service Provider or a commercial online service provider. Once you have signed up with an ISP, you should be able to dial in via your GSM phone and browse the Internet.
