The Bishop Company provides technical training and documentation services to industry and government.

The Bishop Company currently offers training on Selling Wireless Data.   This training provides sales representatives, customer service representatives and other non-technical personnel with key information to identify, sell, equip and retain cellular wireless data customers. Students will be able to identify customer needs and find ways that wireless data will help customers solve complex business problems.

We also offer a report: "Wireless Data Networks - A Guide to Mobile Computing." This compares wireless data networks on identical criteria: the cost of sending faxes, e-mail and files, equipment costs and availability, network speed and capacity, and coverage. Networks covered include Circuit-switched cellular, Cellular Digital Packet Data (CDPD), Broadband and Narrowband PCS, Paging,  RAM Mobile Data, ARDIS, ESMR, Geostationary and Mobile Satellite Systems, Unlicensed networks.
