I have lived and worked in the Portland, Oregon area for over 25 years but many of my clients are elsewhere in the country, and many of the people I work with are on the other side of the world.

I received my B.A. in English from Harvard and MFA in Creative Non-Fiction from the University of Iowa. I also earned a certificate in software programming from New York University.

More recently, I have taken classes in biology and physiology as well as additional programming classes.

This background, with one foot in writing and the other in programming, along with supplementary education in the health sciences, has allowed me to easily build relationships and work with a wide variety of professionals, including marketers, developers, physicians and scientists.
